A weekend to return to yourself.

Our September Live Reset Retreat has successfully concluded. Thank you to everyone who made space for reflection, connection, and the practice of returning.

The Live Reset experience

We don’t chase perfection.
We practice returning.

The retreat was built around belonging, honest reflection, and practical tools people could carry into everyday life.

At the heart of the experience was a simple invitation: notice what you are carrying, reconnect with yourself, practice a different response, and choose what comes next. The Live Reset framework gave that work four connected directions.

01

Release

Recognizing emotional weight, expectations, and patterns that no longer fit. The release work used sand, rock, and fire as symbols for what we carry and what we are ready to put down.

02

Reset

Returning to the breath and body through grounding, reflection, and nervous-system awareness. The focus was on approachable tools and the space to pause.

03

Regulate

Exploring boundaries, emotional awareness, and sensory grounding. Practicing how to meet discomfort with more intention and identify the support a moment calls for.

04

Reclaim

Reflecting on identity, purpose, and personal authority. Making room for an honest next step that honors your needs, values, and capacity.

What connected the work

Learn. Experience. Reflect. Share. Apply.

The framework connected hands-on reflection, grounding practices, boundary work, and community conversation. “Questions to Carry” invited continued noticing beyond a single activity.

Safety, curiosity, vulnerability, and action shaped the approach—with room for individual pace and choice.

The practice continues.

The intention was always to make the work useful beyond the retreat: notice the signal, return to a grounding tool, name a need, and choose one realistic next step.

Thank you for being part of this chapter of Grounded Authority Advisory.
